Corporate Compliance Program
Lakeview has adopted a Compliance Program to promote compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. We maintain effective lines of communication and method for anonymously reporting Compliance Issues directly to our Compliance Officer between Lakeview’s employees, contractors, managers, service recipients.
Lakeview has established and implemented an effective compliance training and education program. The proper education and training of personnel at all levels is a key element of an effective Compliance Program.
Non-Retaliation and Non-Intimidation
Lakeview forbids any form of intimidation or retaliation against any individual for reporting, in good faith, a Protected Disclosure. Employees, Board members, and contractors must immediately report any perceived retaliation and/or intimidation to the Compliance Officer.
