Support Lakeview Health Services while enjoying 
a round of golf on a spectacular golf course!

Your day will include:
18 holes of golf on a unique and scenic course
Pre-play access to the driving range and 
the chipping/putting practice greens
Tee gifts    Course contests   Lunch-to-go on the course 
Post-play hors d’oeuvres with a cash bar 
Reception and award presentations in the ballroom
