We offer 18 independent Supportive Housing Apartments located within the West End Heights building on Court Street in downtown Ithaca. Individuals experiencing homelessness would benefit from our permanent supportive housing.
We aim to ensure successful living within an integrated community setting.
ESSHI: Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative
Individuals need to meet at least one of the following criteria to apply:
- Serious Mental Illness (SMI)
- Substance Use Disorder
- Persons living with HIV or AIDS.
As part of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project, individuals are also subject to a financial/background screening process.
