Our Transitional Housing program offers eight apartments scattered throughout Ontario, Seneca, and Yates counties. These apartments are intended for adults experiencing intermittent homelessness, or who are awaiting permanent housing. During your stay, you will work with a Supportive Housing Specialist who will coordinate community supports with your needs to secure a more permanent housing opportunity. You are welcome to stay in our transitional housing up to 28 days.
