The Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) in Ithaca, NY is designed to support those with severe mental health concerns and who have struggled living in other types of residential settings. The residents at the SRO receive medication oversight, one-on-one support with recovery goals, and staff that are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. The SRO offers 38 studio apartments with comfortable living space and dining services for three meals per day.

As part of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project, individuals are also subject to a financial/background screening process.
The program is licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health.
