Recovery Support Services (RSS) Outreach Program supports individuals in their recovery from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
The RSS Peer Support Specialist can assist individuals with a wide range of activities related to advocacy, linkage and development of recovery strategies. They work in coordination with those in Lakeview's programs as well as individuals in the community.
Lakeview's RSS Peer Support Specialist provides one-on-one support and with two recovery-based groups each week.
This program is free of charge to adults, age 18 and older, living in Ontario, Seneca, and Yates Counties.
The first step to accessing the RSS Outreach Program is by completing the 1-page referral form. Both provider and self-referrals are accepted.
