SPSRO - Supportive Housing Single Room Occupancy
The program is designed for individuals with a serious mental illness (SMI) who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Are enrolled and referred by a health home
- Are high end consumers of Medicaid services who are not yet enrolled in a Health Home (HH)
- Who are referred to this program and to Health Home enrollment, and are willing and likely to benefit from stable, permanent housing backed by coordinated community support.
