Lakeview Health Services adopted a Compliance Program
to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. We maintain effective lines of communication between Lakeview’s employees, contractors, and service recipients with regard to our compliance program and we provide a method for anonymously reporting compliance issues directly to our Compliance Officer.
The proper education and training of personnel at all levels is a key element of an effective Compliance Program and Lakeview has established and implemented an on-going compliance training and education program.
Non-Retaliation and Non-Intimidation
Lakeview forbids any form of intimidation or retaliation against any individual for reporting a protected disclosure in good faith. Employees, board members, and contractors must immediately report any perceived retaliation and/or intimidation to the Compliance Officer.
