The Outreach program is designed to help individuals access the resources needed to become more self-sufficient in the Community.
This short-term program is completely voluntary and available to Ontario and Seneca County residents. The goal of Outreach is to provide short-term support and expertise to meet client-directed needs and goals. The program is designed to provide individual's with access to resources and to increase self-sufficiency.
This is a free service and no insurance is needed.
Both provider referrals and self referrals are accepted.
