May is Mental Health Month!
A message from Cathy Lovejoy, President and Chief Executive Officer:
Did you know that 1 in 5 people will experience a mental health condition in any given year?
During the month of May, we are excited to join millions across the nation in recognizing Mental Health Month. This year's theme, "Turn Awareness into Action," couldn't be timelier or more important.
Mental health affects us all, and it's critical that we move beyond awareness to take meaningful steps for our well-being and that of our community. Remember, taking care of your mental health isn't just self-care—it's an investment in your future.
Whether it's joining a support group, trying a new stress-relief technique, or seeking professional help, every action counts. Because Lakeview is committed to supporting your mental health, we are offering some resources to help you get started.
