Since joining Lakeview in 2003, Steve has held management positions in many of the same areas he now leads in his role as Chief Program Officer. Coupled with his formal degree in economics, his experience in the areas of Supportive Housing, Residential Apartment Programs, Support Services, and most recently as Managing Director of Quality Assurance, Steve provides those we serve and our staff with the benefit of his compassion and understanding for our population as well as his management experience and foresight for future initiatives for overall Lakeview advancement. 

Steve has served as the Western Region Director and board member for the Association for Community Living, serving an essential role for advocacy as well as promotion of state initiatives for improved support for agencies like Lakeview who provide specialty housing and various other critical services in our communities. He is a Justice Center trained Special Investigator and a Safety in the Community trainer; both certifications were bestowed through the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH).

A lifelong resident, Steve lives in Geneva, NY with his wife and two children.
